FINANCIAL POLICY

Our goal is to provide all of our patients with the highest standard of care in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Our practice strives to deliver the finest care for the most reasonable cost. Our financial policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have insurance, we will ask for a partial payment of the full price. These arrangements are specifically designed around your insurance policy.

We are happy to help you by submitting your claim as a courtesy for you. The portion of your balance that we ask you to pay on the day of your surgery is a percentage of your total fee. This does not reflect an estimated amount that your insurance will cover. You are responsible for payment in full of any balance remaining whether your insurance company has paid or not. If you need help in filing insurance or discussing any insurance matters our financial coordinator is here to help. However, it is best that you contact your insurance company prior to your consultation, or bring your insurance booklet with you on your consultation visit.

For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and special financing as below.

You may also wish to look into financing your payments though a special 3rd party dental financing agency such as Capital One Health Care (1-877-559-5050) and Care Credit (1-800-300-3046).
